SERVICE VISIT

Very helpful despite the cost of axel replacement was very expensive and I think should be covered by Warranty and not accidental. The car is brand new and also was stuck in your dealership for 2mo where very expensive and I think should be covered by Warranty and not accidental. I honestly cant explain how happy and relieved to have worked with Chris in the service department. I bought my car at this dealer. Chris has been right there with me every time whether I need a repair worked with Chris in the service department. I bought my car at this dealer. Chris has been right there with me every time whether I need a repair or maintenance. I completely trust and confident with him and can't say thank you enough. Chris was responsible and professional which was always appreciated. I needed a loaner car and he arranged it. My car came back perfect especially since it was a difficult situation. Chris would get back to me all along the way with updates and explanations . You can be sure that I will not go to any other dealer because of him as needed in the future. SERVICE VISIT

Came in to Lucas Chevrolet in a bit of a rush to inquire about having my vehicle serviced and get an oil change. The service department was swamped and I could tell almost immediately that I wasn’t going to about having my vehicle serviced and get an oil change. The service department was swamped and I could tell almost immediately that I wasn’t going to be able to squeeze the oil change and maintenance into my schedule. However, your service advisor Jenna Jurick went over and beyond to try to accommodate me (despite my being a walk-in & not having an appointment . Kind, courteous, & professional. Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills! Though I wasn’t able to have my vehicle serviced on this occasion, I will absolutely be back to have my vehicle serviced because of the service I received from this young lady! More

SERVICE VISIT

Avoid the service department. .. I don't know anything about the car buying side of this business but the service department is terrible... EVERY TIME I go there, there is a proble .. I don't know anything about the car buying side of this business but the service department is terrible... EVERY TIME I go there, there is a problem, no exaggeration EVERY TIME - low fluid levels, low tire pressures, misassigned valve sensors after changing tires, missing valve caps, filthy - mudcovered floor mats, oil steery wheel, squealing brakes, ... they say they do a multipoint inspection yet miss everything ... it makes me wonder if they are doing the actual service... is that cabin filter really getting changed? is that transmission fluid really getting changed? to top it off, no loaner car program, and they have this bad habit of not calling when the service is done and then closing for the day before I can get my vehicle.... AVOID this place, there are plenty of others in this part of NJ.... Also, I had earned rewards for the $1,000 I spent on service, but was unable to use because I had a discount from their website... seems petty.. More
